| The Mount Kisco Rescue Fire Police, based at Station 1 on Green Street, are an integral part of the all-volunteer Mount Kisco Fire Department. As one of four fire companies serving the Village and Town of Mount Kisco, this dedicated group plays a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of local residents.
Located at 29 Green Street, the Rescue Fire Police work alongside Union Hook & Ladder Co., No. 1, Inc. within the department’s central headquarters. Together, they provide rapid emergency response, traffic and scene control, and firefighting support across the community.
The Mount Kisco Fire Department operates out of three stations and includes four companies:
Station 1/Headquarters: Union Hook & Ladder Co., No. 1, Inc. and Rescue Fire Police
Station 2: The Mutual Engine & Hose Co., No. 1
Station 3: The Independent Fire Company
All units are dispatched through 60-Control, Westchester County’s Department of Emergency Services, ensuring coordinated and timely responses during emergencies.
As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, the Rescue Fire Police rely on volunteers who are deeply committed to public service. Their efforts reflect the strength of Mount Kisco’s community spirit and the essential role volunteers play in local emergency services.
